Call prospective students from the database and explain various IT courses (Software Development, Programming, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc.).
Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain accurate records of daily calls, leads, and admissions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
Handle walk-in inquiries and assist students with admission formalities.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Graduate / 12th Pass with good communication skills.
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers can apply; experience in education or IT sales preferred).
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi, English
, or regional languages.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM).
Persuasive, confident, and result-oriented approach.
