Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Advisory
Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present and explain financial products (Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, etc.) to clients in a clear and compliant manner.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and service.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Educate clients on financial planning and guide them in making informed investment decisions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and follow up on leads.
Capital Market Operations (Additional Responsibility)
Assist in handling basic capital market operations such as trade processing, order execution coordination, and client demat/trading-related queries.
Ensure that all operational activities are compliant with SEBI and exchange regulations.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to client transactions.
Coordinate with backend operations and brokers for smooth settlement and reconciliation.
Requirements
Graduate degree (Finance/Commerce preferred, but not mandatory).
Prior experience in sales or financial services preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain financial concepts in simple and clear terms.
NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is preferred for candidates handling capital market operations
(Candidates without certification may be required to complete it within a specified time after joining.)
Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Knowledge of mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and capital market products will be an added advantage.
