Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, confident, and target-driven
Sales Executive
(Female) with strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales, ideally within the Education or Ed-Tech domain.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Student Conversion
Manage inbound and outbound student enquiries.
Explain course details, modules, and career benefits clearly.
Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions.
Maintain high conversion and follow-up efficiency.
Client Communication & Coordination
Interact professionally with students, parents, and corporate clients.
Update CRM, maintain lead tracker, and share daily sales reports.
Coordinate closely with training, marketing, and operations teams.
Marketing Support (Influencer-Style Videos)
If required, act as an
Influencer
for HackNow marketing campaigns.
Shoot short promotional videos (script, content ideas & guidance will be provided).
Participate in brand-building activities across social media.
Other Responsibilities
Attend a 10-day onboarding workshop and view required training videos.
Share updates regularly via WhatsApp, email, and internal trackers.
Manage student data, course documents, and centralized records.
Requirements

Comfortable working from office (Pune).
Confident and camera-friendly (for marketing videos if needed).
Good knowledge of basic sales tools, CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp communication.
