Role Overview
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, expanding distribution in assigned routes, increasing product visibility, and building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers. The role demands daily market visits, strong communication skills, and consistent achievement of targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Market Execution
Visit
50-60 outlets daily
as per beat plan.
Ensure
availability
,
visibility
, and
freshness
of all SKUs.
Execute product placements in
chai tapris, paan shops, kirana stores, A/B/C/D class stores
.
Expand coverage by identifying and onboarding
new outlets (NBD)
.
2. Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve
TC/PC targets
,
daily order value
, and
monthly sales goals
Push secondary sales through smart pitching and relationship building.
3. Relationship Management
Build trust with retailers; ensure consistent order flow.
Understand retailer concerns and coordinate for quick resolution.
Strengthen brand loyalty for ETMI, GOLIBOLI and private label products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years experience in FMCG sales (GT preferred).
Knowledge of local routes in Mumbai/MMR is a strong plus.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Passion for field sales and achieving targets.
Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, reporting apps).
