The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves field visits, client interactions, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, client meetings, and networking.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, dispatch, and accounts to ensure smooth order execution.
Handle customer inquiries, follow up on payments, and ensure after-sales service.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, or marketing campaigns when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-5 years of experience in sales or marketing (Manufacturing Industry)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
