Sales Executive - Insurance Broking (Fresher)

Sales Manager / Branch Head

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential clients to promote insurance products (Life, Health, General, etc.). Understand client needs and provide suitable insurance solutions. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Support senior team members in client meetings and policy servicing. Maintain accurate client records and follow up for renewals and payments. Coordinate with insurers for quotations, policy issuance, and documentation. Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal processes. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn. Basic understanding of insurance concepts (training will be provided). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Experience:



0-1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply; training will be provided).

Compensation:



As per industry standards + performance-based incentives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,039.24 - ₹35,468.66 per month

Work Location: In person
