Sales Manager
to lead and create sales team, drive revenue growth, and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the business to ensure consistent performance.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales campaigns and initiatives.
Ensure excellent customer experience through timely support and communication.
Develope and meet Interior Designers , Architects , Corporates and Individual clients for the office furniture business.
Requirements:
Graduate .
2-3 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a directs sales.
Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM systems, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Results-driven with a passion for growth and team success.
