We are looking for a self-driven and result-oriented individual who can communicate effectively, build
relationships, and close deals with confidence. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who thrives on
interaction, persuasion, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a clientele through regular store visits in the assigned area.
- Service existing clients by ensuring their requirements are fulfilled promptly.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections.
- Conduct informal market surveys to collect and update data on retailers, products, and competitors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- Must be able to read and type in English
- At least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in retail or FMCG
Work Timings
Monday to Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
(The salesperson is expected to reach the market between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., and is encouraged to stay beyond the stipulated time to achieve additional sales targets.)
