Identify potential markets and actively search for new dealers/distributors.
Travel extensively to assigned regions for dealer visits, market surveys, and brand promotion.
Pitch company products to prospective dealers and present commercial terms.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for dealer appointments and sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure repeat orders and satisfaction.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, demand trends, and customer needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and training for dealers and their staff when required.
Follow up on payments, documentation, and onboarding formalities for new dealers.
Prepare daily/weekly travel reports and submit visit summaries to management.
Coordinate with the logistics, accounts, and marketing teams for order fulfillment and support.
