To achieve assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement, product presentation, and client relationship management. The Sales Executive will represent Imperial Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. with professionalism, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the company's growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, and referrals.
Present and promote company products to existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Generate leads, follow up consistently, and close deals effectively.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Ensure post-sales support and maintain client satisfaction.
Market Awareness & Reporting
Keep track of market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update the CRM or reporting formats.
Share feedback with management on improving sales strategies or products.
Presentation & Professional Conduct
Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
Represent the company positively at meetings, events, and client interactions.
Follow company policies, code of conduct, and sales processes strictly.
Coordination & Teamwork
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth order execution.
Support other sales team members to achieve collective targets.
Participate in training, meetings, and promotional events as required.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Minimum 12th or
Bachelor's Degree
in Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce or related field.
1-3 years
of experience in sales (luxury, real estate, furniture, interior, or lifestyle industry preferred).
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills.
Strong
customer service orientation
and presentation skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Ability to work under pressure and flexible timing if required.

Number of new leads converted.
