Sales management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery to closing, maintaining a sales pipeline capable of meeting revenue targets.
Client relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing, design, and leadership teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
Reporting:
Discuss and formulate quotes and monitor pre-sale and post-sale follow-ups.
Key skills and qualifications
Sales experience:
Previous business development or sales experience, ideally with 1-3 years in B2B or agency sales, is a plus.
Digital marketing knowledge:
A basic understanding of digital marketing services is essential.
Communication and negotiation:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities to close deals.
