Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Salesperson who can handle on-the-ground marketing, client servicing, and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of interior materials, be confident in communicating with clients, and be proactive in conducting regular site visits to identify business opportunities.

Responsibilities:



Conduct

market research

to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities. Perform

regular site visits

to contractors, architects, interior designers, and project locations. Handle

client servicing,

ensure smooth communication, follow-ups, and satisfaction. Generate and qualify

leads

through field visits, networking, and referrals. Present and explain company products/materials to clients effectively. Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and material samples. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirement



Proven experience in

sales, marketing, or client relations

(preferably in interiors or building materials). Basic understanding of

interior materials, finishes, and products

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools. Willingness to travel for

site visits and client meetings

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
