We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, nurturing prospects, and closing sales over the phone, email, or online platforms. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Follow up with inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate prospect and customer information.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations as required.
Collaborate with the field sales team for smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on market and customer insights
