to join our team. This is a desk/back-office role focused on converting potential leads into customers through effective telecalling.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce our products and services.
Convert leads into customers by persuasively communicating value and addressing customer queries.
Develop and deliver a compelling sales pitch tailored for telephonic communication.
Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills:
Proven track record in
tele-sales
and converting leads into customers.
Exceptional ability to convince customers efficiently, and strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
for tracking and reporting.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a "super-smooth" and persuasive talker.
