We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented

Sales Representative

to join our team at The Liquor Vault, Magarpatta. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining excellent product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide personalized assistance in product selection. Educate customers about various liquor brands, categories, and promotions. Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets. Maintain strong product knowledge, including wines, spirits, and beers. Handle billing, payments, and ensure accurate transactions. Assist in stock management, replenishment, and display. Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with liquor sales regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum

1-3 years of sales experience

(liquor/beverage/FMCG industry preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service mindset with persuasive selling ability. Knowledge of liquor brands, categories, and trends is an advantage. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak business hours. Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
