Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Sales Representative
with strong communication skills and the ability to prepare accurate quotations tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate will excel in building client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and pricing as per client needs.
Follow up with clients on quotations, negotiations, and closing deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, accounts) to ensure seamless client experience.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, trade shows, or client visits.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to draft clear and precise quotations/proposals.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
