convert incoming WhatsApp leads into successful sales
by engaging prospects with effective communication and selling skills. The role also requires a basic understanding of
social media marketing
and related activities to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming WhatsApp leads and build meaningful conversations to convert them into customers.
Understand customer needs, present product/service benefits, and close sales effectively.
Maintain and update customer records, follow up with warm leads, and ensure high conversion rates.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and feedback on customer queries.
Assist in basic social media marketing activities such as posting, engagement, and responding to inquiries.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.
Provide excellent customer support to build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer engagement (preferred in WhatsApp/online sales).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple conversations and work under pressure to meet targets.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
Good command of Hindi & English (additional languages will be a plus).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
