Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages for client inquiries.
Present products/services confidently and generate new business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and maintain accurate customer records.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Work closely with the operations and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and support business growth.
Maintain reports and sales data using MS Excel/CRM software.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
Customer-oriented with persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Prior experience in inside sales/tele-sales preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
