Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings Meet clients virtually and in-person to understand their wedding needs Present service offerings and customized packages confidently Build long-term client relationships and ensure a seamless sales experience Collaborate closely with the planning and design teams to deliver client expectations Maintain accurate records of leads, sales progress, and client communication

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the wedding or event industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Comfortable with a hybrid work model and occasional travel for client meetings Self-motivated and target-driven

Salary:

?35,000 - ?45,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives
