We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team!
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving sales of Drager's innovative medical equipment portfolio. You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, identify their specific needs, and present Drager solutions that enhance patient outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
5-6 years of experience in medical equipment sales, preferably with a focus on hospital solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills to build trust with hospital personnel.
In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges (a plus).
Experience working with Drager equipment or similar high-tech medical devices (a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
Prospect, qualify, and build trust-based relationships with hospital administrators, purchasing managers, and clinical staff.
Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting Drager's technology advancements and their benefits for patient care.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring win-win outcomes for both.
Provide exceptional after-sales support and training to hospital staff on equipment.
Maintain accurate customer records and generate detailed sales reports.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and the latest Drager product developments.
Experience:
Sales and Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
