Job Title: Sales Executive - Retail Store

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the store with product selection and queries. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques. Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and offers to maximize sales. Ensure proper product display, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards. Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accuracy in sales records. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Manage customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with store manager and team members for smooth store operations. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and aligned with company standards.

Key Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, apparel, or fashion industry preferred (freshers may also apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing is an advantage.
