We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to handle incoming inquiries on

WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

. The ideal candidate shall have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers through engaging, informative, and persuasive conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Understand customer needs and guide them through product options. Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales by building trust and offering tailored solutions. Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups. Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing. Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback professionally.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferably in clothing or fashion retail). Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication. Basic Computer Knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow up effectively. Basic knowledge of handlooms and interest in traditional crafts is a plus.
