Responsibilities
Engage with customers to provide assistance and promote products
Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

Answer customer inquiries over the phone or in person
Bilingual proficiency is a plus to assist diverse customers
Requirements
Previous experience in a retail or grocery store setting is preferred
Strong basic math skills for handling transactions
Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Knowledge of retail math concepts for pricing and discounts
