Job Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and manage institutional clients (schools, colleges, corporates, government bodies, etc.) for Interior, BTL Promotions, Tourism, and Event services.
Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive business development.
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams for execution of projects and client satisfaction.
Provide timely reports on sales performance and market trends.
Candidate Requirements:
Male or Female candidates can apply.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
2-5 years of experience in institutional or corporate sales preferred.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive
personality.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Based in Kolkata and willing to travel within surrounding markets.
