To generate new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets by promoting customized lithium battery solutions designed for industrial, commercial, and mobility applications.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and approach
potential clients
in target sectors -- robotics, EV, energy storage systems (ESS), industrial automation, telecom, and solar integration.
Build and manage a
strong sales pipeline
through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Visit customer sites to understand
technical requirements and application needs
.
Develop and present customized proposals based on client requirements and technical feasibility.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with
existing customers and OEM clients
.
Handle
enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
professionally to close deals efficiently.
Coordinate with
engineering and production teams
to ensure customer specifications are accurately translated into design and production.
Provide timely
after-sales support
and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Technical & Product Knowledge
Understand the
features and advantages
of various lithium battery chemistries (e.g., LFP, NMC,LTO).
Explain product performance parameters -- voltage, capacity, discharge rate, BMS features, communication (CAN/RS485), and safety certifications.
Assist customers in
selecting the right battery configuration
for their application.
Stay updated on
industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies
.
4. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement
Achieve assigned
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
.
Prepare
sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback
for management review.
Use CRM tools to log customer data, opportunities, and pipeline status.
Support the development of
sales strategies and promotional campaigns
.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with
production, design, and procurement
teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with
quality and testing departments
for client demonstrations or FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests).
Provide
market feedback
to R&D for improving or customizing battery designs.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
2-5 years in B2B technical sales, preferably in
battery, energy storage, or electronics industry
.
Skills:

Strong technical understanding of lithium battery systems
