We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive with proven experience in furniture and home appliances sales. The ideal candidate should assist customers, achieve sales targets, and deliver an excellent in-store shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and appliances
Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits clearly
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Prepare quotations, bills, and sales orders
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and after-sales coordination
Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness
Coordinate with the warehouse and billing team for stock availability
Build long-term customer relationships
Requirements
Minimum
1-3 years of sales experience
in
furniture and home appliances
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented attitude and sales-driven mindset
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, POS, MS Excel)
Ability to work on weekends and holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred Skills
Experience in branded furniture or appliance showrooms
Knowledge of financing options (EMI, credit cards, consumer loans)
Local language fluency (Malayalam, English preferred)
