We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to identify customer needs, present products or services, and close sales. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve sales strategies
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
