The Automobile Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting through calls and online inquiries.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable vehicles, variants, and finance options.
Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits effectively.
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and features.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments for vehicle delivery.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive brand image.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Degree / Diploma in any discipline .
1-3 years of experience in automobile sales (freshers may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of automotive products and features.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
