Client Engagement:
Meet clients, understand their specific security requirements, and present tailored solutions.
Product Expertise:
Deliver effective sales pitches, showcasing product features, benefits, and value.
Proposal & Documentation:
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demos.
Target Achievement:
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Customer Support:
Provide post-sales follow-up and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
Channel Management (for some roles):
Build and manage dealer/distributor networks, resolve conflicts, and run marketing campaigns.
Typical Requirements:
Experience in IT hardware, CCTV, or technology sales.
Strong understanding of security systems and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
