Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, field visits, and online channels
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions
Present and demonstrate software products to prospective clients
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for closures
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Coordinate with technical and support teams for demos and onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Required Skills & Eligibility
For Freshers:
Any graduate or postgraduate degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in IT/software sales and client interaction
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
Willingness to learn, self-motivated, and target-driven
For Experienced Candidates:
1-4 years of experience in software or IT services sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or enterprise software
Knowledge of banking, finance, ERP, or microfinance solutions
Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
Field sales or channel partner handling experience
Ability to conduct product demos and presentations
