We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and support day-to-day store operations. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their needs.
Guide customers with product choices and provide accurate information.
Maintain the store's cleanliness and product arrangement.
Track stock levels and report shortages on time.
Handle billing and support the cash counter when needed.
Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow company guidelines and maintain service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in retal is an advantage.( Freshers are also welcome)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of fashion and current trends is preferred.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
salary: 12-15k
