We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to both new and existing customers.
Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong rapport with clients.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
Experience using CRM software (preferred).
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
