The Sales Executive will focus exclusively on growing out-station and pan-India sales by canvassing theatre, multiplex, and auditorium clients -- promoting and selling Belight's cinema-specific LED step-lights, seat-number lights, and signage solutions.
? Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue potential theatre/multiplex clients across India.
Present product offerings (step lights, seat lights, signage) to clients -- demonstrating features, benefits, and use-cases.
Generate leads, follow up, negotiate, and close deals with theatre management or purchase decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and follow-ups
Report sales performance and market feedback to management -- identify new opportunities and market trends in theatre lighting.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum
2 years' experience
in marketing or sales -- preferably B2B or product-based sales.
Must speak
Malayalam, Tamil, English
and Hindi
fluently.
Age up to
30 years
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently -- visits to theatres across different states.
Comfortable with client-facing presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
(while travelling or visiting out-station clients).
TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) & mobile reimbursement
covered when travelling for business.

Reporting to Sales / Business Development Head -- Belight Enterprises LLP.
Work involves frequent travel outside base location; regular reporting and coordination with HQ for orders, dispatch and installation.
