Online Sales Representative / Online Sales Executive - Roles & ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities



Attend Online Enquiries:

Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, email, and social platforms.

Analyze Client Requirements:

Understand the client's concerns, goals, and suitability for Mindalgo programs using a structured needs-assessment approach.

Explain Programs Clearly:

Present Mindalgo's services, packages, and processes in a simple, engaging, and culturally relevant manner.

Guide Clients to Next Steps:

Support clients in choosing the right program, resolving doubts, and smoothly completing the onboarding/enrollment process.

Maintain Accurate Documentation:

Record client interactions, requirements, follow-ups, and conversion details systematically in the CRM or assigned sheets.

Co-ordinate With Team:

Update psychologists, operations, and management regarding important cases or leads requiring special attention.

Office Reporting (On Request):

Report to the Kochi office when required for meetings or performance reviews.
