Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Representative

to promote and sell mattresses and related products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets through strong product knowledge and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting the right mattress according to their comfort and budget. Explain product features, materials, and warranty details clearly to customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all mattress brands, models, and ongoing offers. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up for after-sales satisfaction. Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and stock management in the showroom. Prepare daily sales reports and update management on performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (retail, furniture, or mattress industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and customer service abilities. Basic computer knowledge for billing and report entry. Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education:

Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline
