Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven
Sales Representative
to join our team. This is a
field-based role
where you'll be actively engaging with
building owners, engineers, architects, and site managers
to promote and sell our rolling shutter products.
You'll play a crucial role in generating leads, preparing quotations, and closing deals -- all while enjoying uncapped earning potential through commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to construction sites, commercial buildings, and residential projects to meet potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with
building owners, engineers, architects
, and other decision-makers.
Collect site requirements and prepare accurate quotations in coordination with the technical team.
Follow up on submitted quotations to convert them into confirmed orders.
Report on sales activity and client feedback to the management team regularly.

to support travel costs.
5% commission
on all successfully acquired quotations -- with
no cap
on earnings.

Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Comfortable with regular travel and fieldwork.
Basic understanding of technical drawings or construction materials is a plus.
Own a two-wheeler or vehicle for site visits (preferred).
Experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Education in sales background is also preferred (BBA, BCom, etc)
Work Location:
Field-based role - covering city-wide or regional areas based on your location and company assignment.
