Sales Executives
to join our showroom sales team.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and guidance.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to maximize sales.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and pricing.
Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
Ensure the showroom is well-presented, clean, and fully stocked.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Associate, or similar role in retail/showroom sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge for billing and sales reporting.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is an advantage.
