Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Representative responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and be a part of our sales team in our retail lighting consultation firm. This role involves developing sales strategies, overseeing customer interactions, and ensuring business objectives are met while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding suitable lighting products.
Provide expert advice on lighting solutions, including styles, materials, and energy efficiency.
Understand customer needs and recommend products that fit their space, budget, and design preferences.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting upsells and cross-sells.
Stay up-to-date with the latest lighting trends, technologies, and product specifications.
Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and product displays.
Work closely with the store team to provide seamless customer service.
Participate in product training sessions and team meetings.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Any bachelors degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales effectively.
Basic understanding of electrical/lighting concepts is a plus.
Work Environment:
Permanent store-base and occasional site visit.
10 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Salary and Career Growth:
Salary Range
: 168000-2160000 annually, and Monthly/Yearly incentives based on performance.
