Job Description

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identifying and pursuing new sales leads through various channels, including online research, social media, cold calling, and networking.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Conducting presentations to showcase the hotel's offerings, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Client Satisfaction:

Ensuring a positive and memorable experience for clients throughout the sales process and beyond, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.

Collaboration and Communication:

Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking sales performance, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

Staying Informed:

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
