Job Objective:
This role combines technical insight with business development to support market expansion. You will be instrumental in achieving sales objectives, activating new clients, and expanding our distribution network.
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets across assigned product lines
Drive new customer acquisition and distributor onboarding
Maintain strong CRM practices for account growth and retention
Translate customer needs into tailored ingredient solutions
Maintain technical awareness of product functionalities and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream
Minimum 1 year of direct B2B sales experience (preferred in food ingredients or FMCG)
Familiarity with technical aspects of food ingredients and applications
Strong analytical and consultative selling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong time management and ability to independently manage sales pipeline
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
