We are an upcoming toiletries distribution company focused on bringing high-quality, reliable, and affordable personal care products to hotels, hostels, and resorts. Our goal is to build a strong distribution network and long-term relationships with clients who value consistency and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand the client base across retail shops, hotels, cafes, hostels, and supermarkets.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and distribution targets.
Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and purchasing managers.
Generate new leads and follow up regularly to close deals.
Conduct market visits to ensure product visibility and brand presence.
Collect feedback and share market insights with the management team.
Maintain proper records of sales, payments, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in toiletries, FMCG, or related distribution sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Knowledge of local market and retail network.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is a must.
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, etc.).
