About the Role

Gold Coin Club & Resort is looking for a proactive and result-oriented

Business Sales Executive

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through corporate bookings, event sales, and club memberships. This role requires a professional who is comfortable communicating in both

Kannada and English

to bridge the gap between local clients and corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales:

Identify and reach out to HR departments and Admin heads in Bangalore (special focus on Electronic City) for corporate day outings, team-building events, and residential conferences.

Event Management:

Handle inquiries for social events such as weddings, birthdays, and private parties. Conduct site tours and present resort facilities to prospective clients.

Membership Growth:

Promote and sell resort/club memberships to individuals and corporate groups.

Lead Generation:

Conduct local market research and cold calling to build a steady pipeline of potential clients.

Client Relationship:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat bookings and high satisfaction levels.

Reporting:

Update daily sales reports (DSR) and maintain lead databases in MS Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, or Hotel Management preferred).

Languages:

Must be fluent in

Kannada

(for local coordination) and

English

(for corporate emails and presentations).

Communication:

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Tech Skills:

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Email drafting.

Mobility:

Must possess a two-wheeler for local client visits and field activities.

Attributes:

Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary:

?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).

Incentives:

Uncapped performance-based commissions on every successful booking and membership sale.

Allowances:

Conveyance/Travel allowance for field work.
