As a Sales Executive, your role is to guide conversations, build trust, and help customers find the watch that genuinely suits them.
Key Responsibilities
Engage walk-in and appointment-based customers with professionalism and patience
Understand customer intent -- first-time buyer, collector, upgrade, or service-only visitor
Explain watch categories, conditions, servicing history, and pricing clearly and honestly
Assist customers in comparing models across brands, styles, and budgets
Handle end-to-end sales including billing, documentation, and handover
Coordinate with the service team on watch servicing, timelines, and customer updates
Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and customer interactions
Follow up with customers post-sale to build long-term relationships
Ensure the store environment reflects a premium, calm, and trustworthy experience
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience in luxury retail, premium electronics, jewellery, watches, or high-value sales
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen more than speak
A calm, confident personality -- not pushy, not transactional
Appreciation for craftsmanship, detail, and premium products
Basic understanding of watches (brands, types, complications) or strong willingness to learn
Comfortable handling high-value transactions
Well-groomed, professional appearance
