Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective customers via calls and follow-ups
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum
1 year of sales experience
(Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C preferred)
Experience in
(Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) is mandatory
Good communication skills in English and regional language
Target-oriented and persuasive personality
Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills:
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Customer-centric approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Basic CRM knowledge is a plus
