What you'll actually do
Build a consistent sales pipeline across HVAC, commercial, and institutional projects
Engage with consultants, architects, and MEP contractors to understand project requirements
Convert drawings and BOQs into actionable sales by proposing optimized solutions
Own the complete sales cycle from outreach to closure
Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and consultant meetings
What matters
1-3 years of B2B sales experience (HVAC, building materials, or construction preferred)
Understanding of the project lifecycle from design to procurement
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and communicate effectively
Relationship-driven approach with a focus on quality and credibility
Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment
