Own revenue from prospecting to closure. You'll build pipeline, meet prospects (online/offline), run demos, negotiate, and close. This is a quota-carrying role with strong execution discipline.
Key responsibilities
? Prospect new businesses via calls, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and local networks
? Visit prospects when required (field meetings) and run product/pitch meetings
? Qualify decision-makers, map stakeholders, and confirm buying intent + timelines
? Present solution with clear ROI/value (time saved, cost reduced, leakage fixed)
? Drive next steps: pilots, proposals, procurement, and closure
? Negotiate pricing/terms within approved boundaries
? Maintain CRM updates: activity, notes, stage, next steps, forecast
? Coordinate handoff to onboarding/account management and ensure smooth start
? Hit weekly targets for pipeline, meetings, and closures

Requirements
? 1-5 years of B2B sales experience (field/BD experience preferred)
? Comfortable with cold outreach + meeting business owners/decision-makers
? Strong communication + negotiation skills
? Basic understanding of CRM and reporting discipline
? Willingness to travel locally for meetings

Compensation
Fixed + incentives (linked to closures; optional meeting/pipeline incentives based on structure).
