We are seeking a results-driven Customer Sales Representative to connect with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to drive sales growth. This pivotal role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities



Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and presenting products/services. Performing cost-benefit and needs analyses for customers. Building and maintaining customer relationships to foster loyalty and sales. Achieving sales targets and coordinating efforts with other departments. Resolving customer issues and analyzing market potential. Staying updated on trends and improving through feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience in sales or a customer-facing role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Being highly motivated and target-driven with a sales track record. Familiarity with CRM practices and relationship building. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
