We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven
Sales Representative
who will play a key role in driving Mobiezy's expansion in the market. In this role, you'll be the face of Mobiezy, engaging directly with potential customers on the ground, explaining our software solutions, and building relationships that will lead to successful sales conversions. Freshers with a strong desire to build a career in sales are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities
Prospect Identification
: Identify potential customers and generate leads in assigned territories. Our focus markets include Cable TV operators, internet service providers, and other local service businesses.
Product Demonstration
: Present and demonstrate Mobiezy's software solutions to potential customers, explaining how our tools can address their operational and payment processing needs.
Relationship Building
: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and challenges, and showing how Mobiezy's solutions add value.
Sales Strategy Execution
: Work with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
Market Research
: Continuously gather and report insights about customer needs, competitor products, and market trends to contribute to product improvement.
Customer Onboarding
: Assist customers with the onboarding process and provide support as they begin using Mobiezy solutions.
Achieve Sales Targets
: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and engage with customers on the ground.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
Comfortable with technology and software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Having Software Application knowledge is good to have skill.
Telecom, Banking Background can be highly advantageous.
Preferred Skills
Good communication skills
Experience or internships in sales, especially in software or tech products, is a plus but not required.
Fluency in Kannada, Hindi & Telugu for regional customer interactions can be highly advantageous
