Build strong relationships with schools and convert them into long-term clients.
Conduct follow-ups, schedule meetings, and close deals to meet monthly targets.
Maintain daily visit reports and communicate updates to the management team.
Represent Topper Shiksha professionally during school visits, events, and demos.
Eligibility Criteria:
1-3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in EdTech or School Sales).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to convince principals and decision-makers.
Willingness to travel extensively for school visits.
Must be self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
