Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms. Present, promote, and sell real estate projects to prospective customers. Conduct site visits and property tours with clients to highlight features and benefits. Maintain in-depth knowledge of available properties, pricing, legal guidelines, and market trends. Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the transaction process. Coordinate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns and events. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. Assist clients in documentation, agreement drafting, and coordination with the legal team. Stay updated on competitor activities, new projects, and market developments.
